I've used a 4mm hook and DK yarn for these tutorials so give them a go, and let me know if you have any problems!

Decreasing double crochet

If you're up for creating some amigurumi you'll need to learn this stitch.

In UK patterns you'll see this as dc2tog, in US patterns you'll see it as sc2tog.

Decreasing half treble crochet

In UK patterns you'll see this as htr2tog, in US patterns you'll see it as hdc2tog.

Decreasing treble crochet

In UK patterns you'll see this as tr2tog, in US patterns you'll see it as dc2tog.
